Have not had any experience with that location. Price points are good for purchase but population and income trends make me think that it is better to rent than flip.

I'm actively looking myself.  I agree that North and Ironbound areas are prime.  I am told that numbered streets should be avoided but i think that's location specific. I too am looking for excellent property manager.
