  Hey guys,

My name is Drago and I am from Cockeysville, Md. I am planning on starting my REI journey the spring of 2018. My idea is to focus strictly on wholesaling for the first 2-3 years. I have listened to most of the episodes of the BP podcast and I have spend quite some time here on the forums. I was wondering, what do you guys thing about Timonium, Cockeysville and Hunt Valley areas.

Thanks in advance!!!

Hi @Dragi Tonev, welcome!

I'm not a wholesaler, so I don't have specific advice to offer you.  However, I am very familiar with the Lutherville-Timonium, Cockeysville, and Hunt Valley areas.  Personally, I own a buy and hold in Cockeysville which is zoned for a great elementary school.  Cockeysville is known for having a lot of section 8 housing.
