I need him/her to put together a purchase agreement and an assignment contract for my wholesaling busyness. I live in Towson and I will be looking for deals in Baltimore County.

 Hello everyone,

I am looking for an Investor friendly Real Estate attorney in Maryland who understands Wholesaling.

All suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

What is the best and fastest approach to buying land in these areas? (county, state, delinquent taxes, absentee owners...)

Looking at buying minimum of 10 acre parcels and up. Any and all advise appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi Brad,

I just came to Missoula from East Coast and I am setting up my REI entity. I want to focus on wholesaling in my first year. What kind of deals do you do in Butte?

Thanks @Tim Youse,

What do you think about Middle River, Essex and Dundalk?

Hi @Gina Baker,

thanks for your input? Do you know which are the so called "hot areas" in Baltimore County? I've noticed that a lot of people are offering deals in Baltimore City and that is one of the reasons I want to stay away from it.

I would first get an idea how I want my website to look like and then find a theme that would do the job.

  Hey guys,

My name is Drago and I am from Cockeysville, Md. I am planning on starting my REI journey the spring of 2018. My idea is to focus strictly on wholesaling for the first 2-3 years. I have listened to most of the episodes of the BP podcast and I have spend quite some time here on the forums. I was wondering, what do you guys thing about Timonium, Cockeysville and Hunt Valley areas.

Thanks in advance!!!
