thanks for your input? Do you know which are the so called "hot areas" in Baltimore County? I've noticed that a lot of people are offering deals in Baltimore City and that is one of the reasons I want to stay away from it.

I would first get an idea how I want my website to look like and then find a theme that would do the job.
