1) Has anyone ever pondered the thought of buying the raw land and then constructing property on top? Could this yield more money than buying already constructed property?

2) Where would you find a mentor for help?

Thanks,

Charlie.

I've just Graduated College and am looking to get into the RE World! Looking to purchase first house, not a fan of renting. Of course have very low money and this is difficult given also don't have a job at the moment. Is there opportunity to buy houses with no money down from personal funds? What is the best way to find private money? Or Lenders? If possible would somehow like to move straight into RE without getting a job, is this achievable? Any useful tips? Any help greatly appreciated!

I've been scouting some Properties and have done the Math and think that they are good to buy.

Here's the problem, I have just Graduated from University and do not have a job, which most mortgages require you to have.

What would be the best way of convincing to the bank or proving to them that I can be given a Mortgage.

Are there any other more creative forms of finance?

How would I come up with enough money to therefore pay for the house?

Any help greatly appreciated,

Charlie
