Newbie from Kalispell MT

Hi there! I have been lurking around this site for a while and just joined :cool: I am putting an offer on my first FSBO SF rehab property tonight and just want some luck wished my way. I may wind up wholesaling this one as it is 200+ miles from where I live.

I love this stuff! I've been in Residential construction as a contractor for quite a while and was always too busy to pay attention to the fun side of this biz.

You get email notification of any (and all) topic updates when you have set the "Monitor Topic" box at the top of the thread.
