Getting Started in Inventing

Hello all, My name is Jordan Wall, 20, from Columbus OH. A buddy of mine I graduated with who owns a woodworking business and I have been talking for around a year about getting into real estate investing but more specifically, buying and flipping houses. In the meantime I've gotten my real estate license so I have some knowledge on real estate. We're really itching to hit the ground running in the new year but we're also just noobies at this. Does anyone have some recommendations on how we should go about it to put our best foot forward? Looking forward to all replies Thanks!

Welcome to BP @Chris Wall ! I'd also recommend The Book on Flipping Houses . It's quite popular and will take you through the ins and outs. My usual newbie recommendation is to not feel that you have to know everything before you do anything. Break it down into steps and just learn what you need for the 1st one and then do it, then repeat with following steps until done. Too much time is often spent trying to get enough knowledge to get comfortable and it just simply doesn't happen. The newness and risk creates a bit of fear and uncertainty, but move anyway and the experience combined with the education will take you there. All the best!
