Hello all, My name is Jordan Wall, 20, from Columbus OH. A buddy of mine I graduated with who owns a woodworking business and I have been talking for around a year about getting into real estate investing but more specifically, buying and flipping houses. In the meantime I've gotten my real estate license so I have some knowledge on real estate. We're really itching to hit the ground running in the new year but we're also just noobies at this. Does anyone have some recommendations on how we should go about it to put our best foot forward? Looking forward to all replies Thanks!
