Hello BP, joined BP a little over a month ago, quickly went PRO to access the wealth of information, especially the calculators! Have listened to over 50 podcast during my 4 times a week commute to Tulsa and enjoyed one live webinar. I'm nearing early retirement after 30 years in corporate America and plan to buy and hold rental property. Sorry for the delayed introduction, I guess I was to busy enjoying all the other benefits of BP. Thanks Josh Dorkin for living your dream while providing others a road map to do the same!!
