New member in the roaring fork valley, Colorado

I just bought a condo in glenwood springs. First time home owner. Learned about realstate investing after reading Automatic Millionaire back in 2010 and recently learned about podcast and found biggerpockets.  Would love to get started and very eager to learn about virtually everything. I'm going to start by buying the book on rental property investing and managing.  Would love to start looking at places near the roaring fork valley anywhere from grand junction to Eagle and beyond.

Welcome Luong!  You've come to the right place to learn more about Real Estate investing.  You've also come to the right place to live!  I am here in Glenwood Springs as well.  Where did you end up buying a condo?  I have 15 rentals in Glenwood and I'm constantly searching for more deals.  I found a great Terrace unit off market last week that I couldn't do myself, so one of my clients is grabbing it. Let me know what sort of things your looking for and I'll see what I can dig up.
