Is there a way to create contacts or message people on BP?

@Michael Frow what are deal breakers with HOA? I have an HOA at my current condo in GWS. It's very inconvenient and am curious what to look for. I was discussing OKC with my partner this morning. I am also looking in Grand Junction.

Thanks everyone! Scott Dillard, not sure what market or style I'm going to adopt yet but I'm living in the terrances on midland avenue right now. I was just looking at some properties in those terrances if that's what you're speaking of. I'm pretty much interested in everything at the moment. I just bought a condo in glenwood springs. First time home owner. Learned about realstate investing after reading Automatic Millionaire back in 2010 and recently learned about podcast and found biggerpockets.  Would love to get started and very eager to learn about virtually everything. I'm going to start by buying the book on rental property investing and managing.  Would love to start looking at places near the roaring fork valley anywhere from grand junction to Eagle and beyond.
