Hi everyone

I’m Fred, I live in the Tampa Bay area…St. Petersburg to be exact.

I wholesale properties within three counties; Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Manatee.

I’ve been doing this for numerous years and have zero desire to rehab/flip properties. I’m an “in and out” kind of guy. I like low risk and low stress.

I’m not here to pitch any properties. I joined because I’m looking to get some insight from a vetted community of real estate investors on what they think about qualified lead generation. I’m currently contemplating on scaling my business so, I’d like to hear what other people have to say, and what their pains are when it comes to this aspect of the industry. I have no use for leads that are not in my trade zone.

Anywho…thanks for taking the time to read my introduction if please feel free to contact me at any time and look forward to becoming part of the community.

Thank you.

Hey @Fred S.. Welcome to the BP community. I'm a wholesaler in the same area. I hope to see you at the local REI. I'm just getting started, but if can help out in any way let me know. Happy Hunting.
