I am real estate investor interested in buying and holding. Also would like to explore lease to buy options in near future and interested in learning this path. I would love to network with anybody in Richmond VA who can help me assist in above tasks.

    Hey Dan,

What aspects do you need help with? Are you still looking to learn or are you ready to buy? I am currently in the real estate industry but looking to get more involved in the investing side in the next few months (I want to buy my first buy & hold between now and next March).

The Richmond REIA Meetup group has been a great tool for learning, finding deals, networking, etc. I've also recently started attending the Richmond Apartment Owners Association group.

I've also spent this time forming relationships with banks and building my network among realtors so that they can keep an eye out for any upcoming deals.

I'd be happy to share any knowledge I have. Feel free to reach out if you'd like!
