Hey Dan,

What aspects do you need help with? Are you still looking to learn or are you ready to buy? I am currently in the real estate industry but looking to get more involved in the investing side in the next few months (I want to buy my first buy & hold between now and next March).

The Richmond REIA Meetup group has been a great tool for learning, finding deals, networking, etc. I've also recently started attending the Richmond Apartment Owners Association group.

I've also spent this time forming relationships with banks and building my network among realtors so that they can keep an eye out for any upcoming deals.

I am ready to invest in single family homes in and around Richmond, chesterfield, Henrico, Hopewell and Colonial heights area. Let me know if you come accross any properties that are good investments.
