I would try looking into Property Meld. It has a per month cost per unit but it is pretty minimal for the peace of mind and time back it gives. Hope that helps!

Pat Michael you might be able to get around it if you only have him do certain activities (unlicensed activities) or if you hire him as an employee of yours.

Niyi Adewole I can't speak for Kentucky but at least in VA, if you're just managing your own, you do not need a broker's license. That said, you'll probably want to start becoming familiar with Fair Housing Laws and Landlord Tenant Laws especially as your portfolio grows.

Yes, I agree, you can find that but depending on whether you want something rent ready or something that needs some work, will determine what areas to look. Good luck!
