My names Mason Keeler and I'm 24 years old. Transferring from playing stocks to real-estate investing. Currently working on contracting a house for a 203k live in flip. I've got my financing approved and contractors lined up. I'm an extremely motivated investor and I'd love to meet some other investors in the area.

I just did a 203k flip and am now in the process of refinancing to a conventional loan.
