welcome I am also in the fox valley area.  I am also in the learning stage of investing in the fox valley area

I started looking at the 4plex and the triplexes but in this area most are 2bd have not found any with 3 bedroom which i would need because of the kids.  Thank you for your advice I will be looking through duplexes in the area and if i find anything i will throw the numbers up to get your advice on that too thank you for your help

short on money to start so the wife and I were discussing selling the house and buying a duplex in the area of Neenah Wisconsin.  To be owner occupied to start out and go from there right now my wife is a stay at home mom and i work I was wondering if anyone in the area had any advice or a person to contact for mentoring in real estate investing or advice to give on this i got 3 kids  to support want this to eventually be my job so i can get out of swing shift work and see them more i know running a business is hard but so is swing shift on 12 to 16 hours a day

I am a father of 3 with a stay at home wife and am hopeful to start my voyage in a business of rental properties.  I am hoping to find someone to help mentor me through this or help with good rental property management companies in the Neenah Wisocnsin area.  I want to move forward but I guess with my family relying on my income i guess i am hoping to find someone to help me avoid mistakes that could derail me.

Thank you for your help I appreciate all the help I can get I am very new to this and have listened to only a few of there videos but what I have seen has got me very interested in investing in real estate.

I am chad and I am looking to learn about real estate investing i have been watching the bigger pockets videos on u tube lately and decided to join the group I am hoping to learn and research some more before i jump i and buy my first rental property.  I am also hoping to meet people from the area that are selling and managing real estate.
