Hi, I'm Anthony, Originally from Baltimore, MD, currently residing in Clarksville, Tennessee, a small city outside of Fort Campbell, KY. I'm currently in the military and serving overseas. I will be starting my journey into the real estate world when I return home, hopefully in February. I'm a single Father to a wonderful 2yr old girl, and I want to do whatever it takes to build a foundation her and the future of my family can rely on. @Kenyon Mayne. Hey man im actually a 31b from fort campbell still active.  im in the process of getting an llc.  I too am looking for partners on my first deal. Buy and hold is a good strategy around here with the constant flow of soldiers and acquiring good livable foreclosures to sell outright at full comp price because of soldiers pcsing and not being able to make two mortgages.
