Hi Bigger Pockets (South Florida), 

I'm Matthew Ricci.  I'm excited to be back in the sunshine state (paradise).  

After having served an (exciting :) 6 years in the Navy on Nuclear Powered Submarines, graduating from college, and working as a business consultant, I'm now invested in a career in real estate.  

I operate out of Miami with a focus on Broward county and will be expanding into the broader tri-county region. In the near-term I will be mainly wholesailing and selectively rehabbing. In addition, I will be executing a longer-term multi-dimensional strategy. 

I'm eager to meet any and everybody - there is always something to be learned.  I surround myself with positive, earnest people.  I'm most interested in developing meaningful, win-win, mutually beneficially, strategic relationships with long-term potential.
