Hi Bigger Pockets (South Florida), 

I'm Matthew Ricci.  I'm excited to be back in the sunshine state (paradise).  

After having served an (exciting :) 6 years in the Navy on Nuclear Powered Submarines, graduating from college, and working as a business consultant, I'm now invested in a career in real estate.  

I operate out of Miami with a focus on Broward county and will be expanding into the broader tri-county region. In the near-term I will be mainly wholesailing and selectively rehabbing. In addition, I will be executing a longer-term multi-dimensional strategy. 

I'm eager to meet any and everybody - there is always something to be learned.  I surround myself with positive, earnest people.  I'm most interested in developing meaningful, win-win, mutually beneficially, strategic relationships with long-term potential.  

I'm new and looking for help and advice but I'm serious. Looking forward to having some fun and excited to be doing real business. Please do reach out and connect. I will be keeping a close eye on this thread.
