Hi, my name is Valerie and I am a newly licensed real estate agent in Orlando, FL  I have been interested in real estate investment for some time but decided 2016 would be the year I would jump in with both feet.  In getting started I wanted to learn as much as I could about real estate in general, so I decided to get my real estate license. I took the test, passed and literally just got my license yesterday. I am currently searching out brokerages to decide where to hang my license.  My investment interests are in the areas of flipping, wholesaling and  tax deeds acquisition.  I currently have a duplex rental that I am looking to sell and could really use some guidance on how to proceed.   Anyho, that's me!

@Valerie Odom Congrats on getting your license! I know how difficult the studies are. I made it halfway through the schooling before deciding it wasn't the direction I wanted to go but I'll tell ya - I learned a ton of info that has been crucial in my understanding of REI.
