Fund & Grow is a company that delivers on what it says it will do! In a little over a month, F&G got us over $93,000 of business credit in the first round of funding. My account specialist, Retrena T. did an amazing job of guiding us through the process, responding quickly to our questions and addressing any concerns we had with the process. It was Retrena T.’s professionalism, knowledge and superior customer skills that reaffirmed we had made the best choice in selecting F&G for our business credit needs. I HIGHLY recommend Fund & Grow to anyone looking to obtain business credit. My experience with Fund & Grow has been nothing short of spectacular! Thank you Fund & Grow for helping our company at a critical juncture in its growth, and for employing account specialists with superior customer service skills. We will definitively continue to use Fund & Grow for future credit needs. Excellent, excellent company!

Even new people often interchange tax deed vs tax lien certs not knowing the difference.

Thank you, Adams, Adams.   When I stated my interest as being tax deeds, I was talking about in hybrid states like Texas.  However I accepted the input in the spirit in which it was given, a genuine sharing of knowledge & information to a follow investor.

Thank you all!

Are you sure it is the Florida county that is requesting this?  That is not a requirement of the statute.  It is more likely a title company that is requesting it for purposes of clearing the title.  Below is an article that may be of some help.

Vic, I just took the test and passed yesterday.  After taking the pre-licensing course online, I felt I needed more, so I purchased a Cram Online Course published by Tony Mesa Real Estate School.  If you do not feel like to have grasped the key concepts of the course, I highly recommend  that course.  You may want to go on YouTube and do a search for some of his videos.  Just plug in "Tony Mesa" and he will come up.  I believe it was his math formulas that enabled me to pass the exam.  Anyway, I hope that helps!

Hi, my name is Valerie and I am a newly licensed real estate agent in Orlando, FL  I have been interested in real estate investment for some time but decided 2016 would be the year I would jump in with both feet.  In getting started I wanted to learn as much as I could about real estate in general, so I decided to get my real estate license. I took the test, passed and literally just got my license yesterday. I am currently searching out brokerages to decide where to hang my license.  My investment interests are in the areas of flipping, wholesaling and  tax deeds acquisition.  I currently have a duplex rental that I am looking to sell and could really use some guidance on how to proceed.   Anyho, that's me!
