I am Tammy Thrasher Mitchell, located in East Texas, working on multi family deals in different parts of the country. I put together syndications, have an excellent power team, value add deals 150 doors or more and new construction under 50 doors.  I've been in real estate for almost 20 years as an investor and agent. My personal life includes two kids, aspiring entrepreneurs / investors, soccer mom, traveling and cooking. I love to work on deals, help everyone involved make some money, network, connect others and focus on solutions.  I would love to meet others interested in multi family investing, raising capital, syndication and value add opportunities.

My wife and I have goals of apartment syndication deals. There aren't many or any actual "deals" in this area that I've ran across so far. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place.
