19 year old immigrant hustler from California

Hello BP Family,

After contemplating for a few minutes the type of impression I wanted to make with my introduction I simply realize that if this community truly was going to become a part of my family I should be transparent from the start.

  • After immigrating from Mexicali,  Baja California in Northern Mexico I dedicated all of my effort to school which earned me a place at UC Berkeley for my college career. My family has always been the reason why I push myself even when the norm among my generation is to relax and maximize leisure time.
  • The lack of free time in high-school force me to get creative in order to get money. After coming home from practice I would bake and sell the world's best cheesecakes, my homemade secret candy which I distributed to all the local food trucks which in turn would sell it to all the students. In the end I earned some money and I lend all of it to a small business with a ten percent interest fee without really knowing what any of it meant.
  • Now my goals are to network and absorb as much information as possible as well as nurture sincere and hopefully mutually beneficial relationships for the long term. The end goal is to establish a solid foundation for the beginning of my real estate career in the years to come.
