Congrats Brother! I'll be following this post. I'm looking into possibly getting stationed out there. How's the area in regards to Ft. Carson? Any recommendations?

I have been looking through Zillow primarily. However, I have been to a couple of real estate agencies such as Weichert and Keller Williams for any sales. I have been primarily looking into the Dupont and Lacey area due to the vicinity to JBLM. I have a SFH currently and is generating a modest income stream monthly. Thanks for the great Intro! I'm currently stationed in El Paso, Tx, however, I do miss Washington! I'm definitely looking for another property sometime next year around January-February time frame within the Hawks Prairie/Meridian Campus area of Lacey and Dupont. 

The kind of properties I'm looking are SFH, turn-key, duplexes, and/or moderate rehab. I hope to gain some of your insight and possible even do a deal with you! Thanks!

My name is Michael. I'm 27 and currently working full-time as a Registered Nurse. I'm currently specialized in Peri-Operative Nursing and working for the U.S. Army. I have been humbled and in awe of the BP community. Utilizing this forum can provide almost unlimited resources and guidance for me to start my journey in REI.

I'm very much interested in the Buy-and-Hold aspect of REI, with the goal of attaining 5 properties within 10 years. I currently have 1 SFH in Lacey. I have been looking primarily in Lacey and Dupont, Washington with the intent of returning back to Washington after I retire from the Army.

However, my dream is to be back home in sunny side San Diego. Once I can accomplish my goal of attaining and maintaining 5 rental properties in Lacey/Dupont, I will certainly find a wonderful property to permanently call home!

I will definitely learn a lot from you all, but most importantly, I will be humbled to enjoy this journey. I hope to hear from you all soon and listen to all of your experiences!
