Hello, my name is Nestor from MD.  I'm a beginner looking for mentorship. Mainly interested in flipping houses and wholesaling. Looking forward to focus on buying and holding later on. Open to any advice, classes or propositions. Thanks!

Hi @Nestor Soto

Welcome to BP.

I'd encourage you to:

- read through The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to REIThe Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Wholesaling, and The Book on Flipping Houses

- Set up keywords for your area and wholesaling and flipping and any other interests so that you're notified when talked about on BP

- Attend the REIA meetups in your area and start connecting. (find them here)

- If you find someone local who you think you'd be able to learn from, invite them out for coffee and ask them if you had a deal whether or not you could bring it to them and give them a large share of the profits (like 60/40) if they are willing to help you through any areas that you're stuck on. You can also tell them that you're new and hungry to learn and ask them if there's anything that you can help them with. (ie. answering phones, cleaning the office) and then look to help them out. Many investors are willing to share their knowledge, but are limited on time. Bringing what you can to the table helps there be a mutual benefit and increases your chances of getting the help you need.

Hope that helps. All the best!
