My name is Tyler Phillippo. I live in Lafayette, Indiana and am interested in buy and hold single family homes and Multifamily. I have worked in the heating and cooling business for 8 years. My goals are to one day be a full time real estate investor. I have a lot of plumbing, electrical, and Hvac experience so if anyone runs into any problems feel free to reach out to me. Are there any real estate investor meet ups around Lafayette?
