Welcome I am from Lafayette as well. I havent done any deals yet but there is a REIA that meets the last Saturday of every month. Last month was my first time and it seems like a good group of people.

My name is Tyler Phillippo. I live in Lafayette, Indiana and am interested in buy and hold single family homes and Multifamily. I have worked in the heating and cooling business for 8 years. My goals are to one day be a full time real estate investor. I have a lot of plumbing, electrical, and Hvac experience so if anyone runs into any problems feel free to reach out to me.
