High five to the BP community,

I'm excited to be here and still in the initial education stage of real estate investing. I have an accounting background and currently work in compliance for a big 4 accounting firm (i'm not a cpa if you are wondering). 

My current interest is around services for real estate investors. Primarily, assisting with turning rental properties (I would like to be the point man for scheduling and setting up painting, carpet cleaning, minor repairs, etc.). My secondary interest is in wholesaling. 

Long term I would like a diversified portfolio that includes rentals as well.

I have been exposed to real estate investing through various family members who have rental properties. They invest in PA and NY. Since those markets are very different than NC, I'm looking forward to networking here and connecting with investors who are familiar with this area.
