I'm the ultimate newbie , I was at an tax lien investing seminar and they wanted me to invest 1400 in there program . I got up and left and met my wife for lunch instead. after I got home and finished writing my term paper . (I'm a registered nurse going back to school for health administration) I found this site and started laughing , what no 1400 dollar investment ? I want to learn to find a couple of rural raw land investment and setup a passive income to finance my trips around the world.
