ive pulled 6, 1/2acre lots out of probate that a uncle had. who recently passed away.im not sure what to do with them. i was thinking of putting trailers on them . vs selling the lots . the lots are worth 2500-3500. i got them all for 3500 (lawyer fees). does anyone have any ideas on what i should do with them ?

Thanks for respondimg wayne . Im not the heir  my mother in law was and now she died . So its going to my father in law who wants nothing to do with it . There are 6 lots  2 hold mortages that pay 500 a month .i would have to lay out 4500+ to get all the properties and my father in law would hold the 2 that pay the mortages . So i would get 4 empty lots in a bad neighbood . Not sure i want to do this

a lawyer is availbile to make all the necassary transition however he cost 4500 . do i need him or can i do this myself?

I was thinking about buying a sailboat and listing it on airbnb. I would buy a cheaper one and rehab it, ive got my eye set on a 1985 30ft hunter that looks in great shape with newer appliances. I would have it at the marina so amenities could be used with shore power. I would add a small airconditioner to the port hole. I would keep the listing cheap and would be able to move it to areas on the gulf coast of florida for big festivals. I want to know your thoughts good Idea or bad? ive seen a few on air bnd and if done right it seems to be a money maker .

ive been doing some research driving around my area and came across this house . its a 3bedroom 2 bath , 2 car garage with a pool . the house was buildt in 1999 . however has been vacant for 2-3 years according to the neighbors . the story goes that an elderly person died in the house . this is fairly common in hernando county florida . but after a walk around the property . the house is in need of mild repairs . a fresh paint and drain of the pool a fresh paint of the house and that's on outside inspection ,and the a/c looks newer the roof looks original so I'm figuring another 10 yrs on the roof   I did see shampoo bottles in the bathroom however I cant go in the house for a more formal inspection ,  comps show the house to be worth around 110,000.  rental values here are for a house of this type would be 1000 per month. my plan was to offer 65,000 neg start price and go there. I would   fininace  for  a mortage of 500 a month approx. 15 year . at 2.5 % and rent out each room for 300 . at 4 rooms that's 1200 a month. 700 past the mortage .  this all sounds good . but what do you think ?   I'm going to try to attach a picture so you can see it .
