I am a senior in college, here in Utah, and I want to jump into my first property investment, learn all that I can about the industry, and then become an expert in real estate investments. I was raised in a home where my father bought his first property before I was born and has built up an investment portfolio to the point that he is now retired and living a plush lifestyle off of his investment properties. I plan to put together the team of like-minded people that will help me be successful in my goals.

Looks like we have similar goals. I'm in Provo and I'm also looking for my first property. The UREIA and UVREIA meetings have been a great resource for me so far. I've also had great luck asking people to have lunch and discuss real estate. Let me know if you need help with anything or if you want to meet up sometime. Good luck!
