Hello everyone!
My name is Michael Shoniker and I'm a new member out of Charlotte NC.
I've owned a couple of rentals and am looking to put some extra capital to work by finding mostly flipping opportunities, but also not opposed to a rental should it be a deal that is hard to pass up.
I'm looking for wholesalers to partner with in the area, so it would be helpful if there's anyone on BP that is interested in partnering!
I'm also open to meeting and just having general discussions on real estate investing, partnership or not.
