Congrats on moving on to Real Estate. That class is really hard. I also think the only choice in town is Real Estate Reality I know a lot of the brokers over there and know that is is very invester friendly, there tag line is from "purchase to portfolio". You will love the feeling of team all working to move each other forward to get your next house.
