Hello BP Members, My name is Rickey and I'm from the Dallas, TX area. I am a newbie to real estate and am looking for duplex/fourplex in the Dallas area to invest in. I am going to start my real estate journey part time. I have read the beginners guide to real estate investment. Does anyone know of a real estate agent in the area. I can't wait to buy my first property as owning positive cash flow real estate properties has always been my dream. I am turning that dream into reality very soon! Thank you all for all your post!
