Ryland Taniguchi I will check into those areas and keep them in mind as well as continue to look in Everett. I think I still have a lot of studying to do, however I have a deadline to keep so I better get back to the grindstone.

I've looked at a few in the Snohomish area, however if you have any advice on that I'd love to hear it!

I'm planning on investing in the Everett area as I would like to settle down there in around three years. This is my first time buying a rental house and I want to detail my trials and tribulations as much as possible. I've studied real estate for the last year attending several

webinars,

podcasts,

the free class in the Education dropdown

Seeing this is my first time I'm sure there will be a lot of mistakes, and I will have a lot of questions so thank you in advance to everyone who is willing to help!

The "7 years to 7 figure wealth" was given out at the last pod cast and I realized I currently have 300K in equity in my house which I will be selling soon. This led me to wonder three things:

1) Is it possible to buy a 24 unit with no experience?

2) How much time would I have to put into it?

3) Am I starting out at too insane a level?
