Hello BP community! I've really been focusing in and studying really getting started in the real estate business. I currently have one rental property (single family home) with a business partner of mine. I really want to begin investing and buying more properties, but don't necessarily have a ton of cash to get rolling with! Any suggestions on getting financing or going about being able to start buying up new properties to really get my real estate game rolling? Thanks, Caleb

Hey Blake. I am both new to KC and BP! I would love to know how you originally got started investing in properties around the KC area. Being new to the area I am still unfamiliar with good areas to hunt for rental properties. I would like to buy a duplex or a smaller single family home in about a year or so. I am having a hard time knowing exactly where to look. Any suggestions?

Thank you all! I was told about BP from a good friend of mine who is starting up a property management business in Jefferson City, Missouri. I would love to be just as aggressive as him, but I do not have the capital like he does unfortunately. I will look into the local meetings for sure so I can meet people in my area!

Hey everyone,

Happy to join the BiggerPocket's community! I look forward to learning and moving forward in my real estate ventures. I currently own one rental property in Jefferson City, Missouri. I am looking to buy a duplex in a year or so that I can live in one unit and rent out the other. I am looking to slowly grow my real estate business on the side of my dad job and side ventures.

Thanks and I look forward to meeting new people and networking!
