Thank you Joanne and Penny. I am going to follow your advice and keep growing in this. I want to know enough to be able to set really good goals. I want to goals that I can execute on because I don't want this to be a dream but reality. Thank you guys for all you have said.

Wow! I am so thankful for all you guys. It really means a lot. I am still trying to figure out all the ins and outs of how to post on bigger pockets but I want to connect with you guys. Thanks so much for reaching out to me. I was so not expecting to hear from you guys. I just took beginners course Brandon taught and it was super helpful, thanks so much.

I am new to real estate investing but I have really enjoyed Bigger Pockets. I feel like it is actually possible to invest, even though is seems hard in Southern California. I guess I am nervous that I will do too much analysis and book reading and not enough doing, but I know so little. . . I guess mostly it is fear. Anyways, I really have learned a lot in the short time. I have been on the forums and everyone has been really great and inspiring. I am considering becoming a real estate agent just to pick up some more knowledge, but I don't know if I am over thinking it. Pretty much just glad to be connected to Bigger Pockets.
