I am a career real estate agent in northern Virginia looking to start investing once I have a better understanding of the process. Bank asset manager contacts? Hard money/private investors?

Im a Realtor in the VA Beach area. I specialize in working with Investors and I also help some of my friends who are also Realtors get started flipping their own properties. I've found that private lenders, investors, and hard money lenders are actually easier to work with. Sometimes more traditional financing will make you hold properties for a certain amount of time before you can list it. Kind of defeats the purpose of getting in and out quickly. The longer you have to hold it, the more money it costs you. Just my experience. Hope it helps. Good luck to you. And if you need any help or have questions, I'm happy to help!
