Newbie to the game

Greetings!

My name is William King and I am from Oceanside, CA. I am currently active in the RE community. Actually, I quit my full time job to pursue my dream. I want start out flipping properties, venture into rentals, and then eventually become a Real Estate Developer. I begin my Master in Real Estate Development this fall. I have numerous education credentials/certificates between Bachelors and starting Masters. 

I am ready to get started and learn new things. I just heard about this forum just by researching on REI clubs and I YELPED it. So, hopefully things go well. If you're in the North County San Diego area don't hesitate to reach out.

Congrats on finding Bigger Pockets. I'm also a newbie and in north county (Carslbad). Bigger pockets has helped grow my RE knowledge tremendously. Your and my goals sound very similar as far as flipping for capital to purchase buy/holds and possibly develop down the road. Message me if you would like to sit down and talk shop sometime.
