Congrats on finding Bigger Pockets. I'm also a newbie and in north county (Carslbad). Bigger pockets has helped grow my RE knowledge tremendously. Your and my goals sound very similar as far as flipping for capital to purchase buy/holds and possibly develop down the road. Message me if you would like to sit down and talk shop sometime.

Hello BP! New member from north San Diego (Carlsbad). Currently I am a contractor but looking to get into fix/flips and buy/holds. Also I am studying for my CA realestate license. Looking to network with local investors and learn. My goals are to complete re license and add property management to my growing contracting company in order to purchase, rehab, repair and manage future properties as well as potential clients.
