Hello everyone. I have been reading BiggerPockets and doing my homework on wholesaling via podcasts and YouTube videos. I was searching for an avenue that I was interested in and able to create additional income. Having a backround as a Mortgage Banker, Sales, and Collections agent, I believe Real Estate is that vehicle. I am on BiggerPockets to learn from the forums, other experienced investors, as well as network in my area.
