What are the criteria when creating a list for pre-foreclosure with Listsource? 

Is anyone familiar with getting Tax Delinquency lists in Oakland County Michigan? The county suggested filling out a FOIA( Freedom of Information Act) form. 

Hello everyone. I am looking to start wholesaling properties in the Metro Detroit area. I want to make sure I do everything the legally. With that being said, is it necessary to have an LLC to wholesale properties in Michigan?? or is it something to get later after a few deals are under my belt?? Any information would be appreciated. Hello everyone. I have been reading BiggerPockets and doing my homework on wholesaling via podcasts and YouTube videos. I was searching for an avenue that I was interested in and able to create additional income. Having a backround as a Mortgage Banker, Sales, and Collections agent, I believe Real Estate is that vehicle. I am on BiggerPockets to learn from the forums, other experienced investors, as well as network in my area. I am very much looking forward to this journey..

I am here to learn as much as I can from the Real Estate "OGs". I no longer want to count on a company to keep me employed or their paycheck. I see real estate is a viable way for me to live the lifestyle I want and provide for my family. So I am all in. My 2 boys (20 months and 2 months) are counting on it..
