@Steve O'Meally Rent Rates are different per area in Metro Detroit but the good areas are between $700-$850 / Month Rent For SFH , Now for 3+ Units there mostly located in the "OK" areas of Detroit or the more Urban Areas ( Unless you go for Duplex these are throughout the city ) and rents here are going between $450-$600 / Month ... But this all depends on the exact area if you give me a address to a property your targeting i can let you know exact rents for the area... Hope this helps
