@Chauncy Gray I created and invested out of a self-directed IRA last year using Quest IRA. I looked at a few different providers and ultimately decided to go with Quest. I used this last year to invest in an apartment syndication and the process went really smooth. I've had no issues. Quest was very responsive, helped answer all my questions.

There may be more if you have specific questions, that's all I'm coming up with top of mind. It was really straightforward. Hit me up if you need more!

@Nick Love-- Millennial over here! I agree with you, I instantly connect with individuals my age at meetups because it tends to be crowded with the older gen (not a bad thing). I moved from Ft Worth 6 months ago and have done SFH, BRRR, Small MF, and now am LPs in two multi-family acquisitions. Would love to connect!

You’re taking the right steps, determining how to impact and improve under your current circumstances.

Wholesaling is a numbers game, the more you do the more results you’ll get. Time is definitely the consideration as it will take many hours to build a funnel.
