Looking to learn

Newbie turned Pro from Bronx, NY. Motivated! Looking to get active in real estate and need some guidance. Have been doing more reading than ever and could really use a mentor. I am very hands on and good with tools. I worked in maintenance for a long time and own a couple of multi family homes. Would like to learn more about real estate because I am interested in flipping and buying more houses.   Appreciate any Help
