I hear a lot about Cal. does this work in NY

My partner and I have two flips under an LLC. Should we get insurance on the LLC to protect our selves and our personnal properties and assets.

@Michael Ablan  Welcome to BP, you seem to be rocking and rolling but then again you have been doing this for awhile. In the near  future I hope to be investing in another Multi Fa. property. In a perfect world I'd be buying another in N.Y.C. but prices are out of this world I haven't given up but also  considering Up state ,New Jersey and PA. May be I can reach out And get advice. I 've attended from the start nothing but positive feed back. Ceasar has done us all a great service in organizing this Meet up. Looking forward to the next one and to having the privilege of meeting and possible working with all of you. 

Hi to all my colleagues (the ones I have had the privilege to meet and the ones I am still to meet.) I am pumped about this Mastermind but realized I had a prior commitment . I am trying to make other arrangements so as to be present at the meetup. Hope to see you all there .
