Hello everyone,

I am looking at a property where I would take over the rehab started by the previous investor. Although the investor pulled the permits when they started the work, the permits are not transferable. I have not done this kind of transaction before, so any advice would be appreciated.

Hello everyone,

I am a new real estate investor from the Chicago area. I am a real estate paralegal, concentrating mainly on commercial real estate. I have one SFH rental and am looking to get into fix and flips, and increase my rental units.

I have poked around BP for a few weeks and am really impressed with the content and the help given by the members. I look forward to networking and learning so that I can help others dive into this business.
