Hi @Dwayne Ghant, I’m not David, however, I use Flipperforce and can say that while it necessarily doesn’t have a mobile app, the website is mobile friendly. What that means, if you aren’t familiar, is th at you can open the website on any mobile device and it will conform to the size of the screen so that you would be able to use it just like an app. It works perfectly!!!!! Hope This Helps

@Ron Hollingsworth have you checked out RESIMPLI? It does everything that you listed, plus so much more. I will say that it’s not perfect, I don’t think there is a “perfect system”, however, for what you listed as your wants/needs in a CRM system, this one won’t disappoint. I moved from Podio to this system and haven’t looked back. The creator/owner of the system is actually a member here on Biggerpockets @Sharad M.  and I can say that his team is top notch when it comes to customer service and responding to its customers. I’m not promoting the system here, just mentioning that I use it and for what you asked for, this was mostly what I was looking for in a CRM and they didn’t disappoint. They are also always updating their system’s features based on customer feedback. The last thing I’ll say is, they are coming out with a major update next month and with that, the pricing is going up, if it hasn’t already. Just trying to save you a few bucks while you can. Hope This Helps

@Matthew Novelli I’m not sure of your budget, but, here are a few mobile apps that you can use to “drive for dollars” Dealmachine, Batchleads, & Propelio just to name a few. Hope This Helps

Hi @Adam Pippert I, myself, don't use the IOS app that much anymore due to its limitations compared to the actual website. I'm not sure about editing posts because I don't have to do this a lot, but, wanted to ask if you've tried using the website from your phone's browser. the website is mobile-friendly which means that it can be viewed/used from any mobile device just like you use it on your computer. I'm sure that you can then probably have the option to edit/delete your posts as needed. I can say that it works since I just edited this post from the website using my iPhone. Hope This Helps.

Hi @Jomar Edwin Benoit, I'm from Chicago and currently living in NW Indiana. I recently setup an account with a company called Directed IRA. The CEO is Matt Sorensen. He's an attorney as well as a business partner with Mark Kohler. Not sure if you know about them but they're attorneys as well as investors and accountants. Plus most of their clients are real estate investors. Setting up my account was really simple plus they have reps who can assist you and answer any questions that you would have. Here's their website - https://directedira.com/. Let’s connect and see if we can work together at some point. Hope This Helps

@Jason Malabute, I’m currently using Podio & Smrtphone but I don’t use their dialer, just the normal phone system. The sms blast app/system that I’m using is called BatchLeads. It integrates with Podio to send my lead’s info as a new lead item with no problem. Hope This Helps

Hi @Jacob Cash take a look at a service called BatchLeads. I’m not affiliated with them at all however there system might be exactly what need and in my opinion it’s really good. Plus if you ever decide to use Twilio again, you can purchase phone numbers from them through the system. Hope this helps

Hey @Caleb Teachout, I read your post and couldn’t have said it better myself. I’m starting to see what’s happening in Gary and always said to myself that it’s just a matter of time before someone gets wind of this city and starts taking chances on rebuilding it. Now’s the time. I live near Gary and will be starting to further research what’s going on and pick up some property there. Let me know if you want to connect!!!
