My wife and I have recently moved to Hurst, TX and I have also recently started to learn about REI. I am very excited to learn and start my journey. I am interested in flipping houses as well as some buy and hold for long term financial benefits.

I have joined the Dallas REIA and been to 2 meeting so far. I was wondering if anyone has any input on "The Big Live Event" that comes with the membership to the REIA.
