Why I like Newark

I live in North Jersey, the property tax capital of the nation!

I buy and hold North Newark properties, partly due to the low taxes. Schools are terrible here, but my tenants with kids send them to charter schools. The proximity to New York City (and to me) make it convenient and profitable!
